Amends the Nebraska Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act to require a new mandatory warning on transfer on death deeds created after the effective date regarding property insurance expiration

New warning must inform beneficiaries that property insurance may expire 30 days after the transferor's death unless the beneficiary has been added as an insured or additional named insured to the policy

Establishes that designated beneficiaries are automatically deemed insured parties under existing property insurance policies from the transferor's death until the end of the policy period, when alternative coverage is obtained, or 30 days after death (whichever occurs first)

Preserves existing insurance coverage for household members and others deemed insured upon the transferor's death, and clarifies beneficiaries cannot claim insurance proceeds that accrued before the transferor's death
