Adds kratom to Nebraska's Schedule I controlled substances list under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, making possession, distribution, and manufacture illegal

Defines kratom as any product containing parts of the mitragyna speciosa plant with alkaloids mitragynine or 7-hydroxymitragynine, or synthetic materials containing these alkaloids

Amends sections 28-401 (definitions) and 28-405 (drug schedules) of the Revised Statutes to incorporate the kratom prohibition
