Removes the detailed 19-point inspection checklist that covered brakes, steering, lights, tires, safety belts, and other vehicle components

Personal vehicles must still comply with the Motor Vehicle Registration Act requirements for passenger cars

Amends sections 75-305 and 75-328 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska
