Amends Nebraska's Foreign-owned Real Estate National Security Act (sections 76-3701 and 76-3712) to add new exemptions for certain property holders

Exempts individuals who acquired property while present in the U.S. as an alien authorized to accept employment under 8 C.F.R. 274a.12, or who at any time after acquisition do not meet the definition of "nonresident alien"

Property acquired under these exemptions remains permanently protected from the Act's divestiture provisions, even if the holder later becomes classified as a nonresident alien

Exemptions do not apply to "restricted entities" or their agents, trustees, or fiduciaries, who remain subject to the Act's enforcement provisions

Clarifies that exempted property interests cannot be voided, held invalid, or subject to divestiture under the Foreign-owned Real Estate National Security Act
