Amends Nebraska's Workplace Privacy Act to prohibit employers from requiring employees to use location-tracking applications or wear electronic devices that track their location, travel patterns, or contacts with other employees

Creates an exception allowing employer tracking during a Governor-declared pandemic state of emergency, but only for contact tracing purposes on employer premises during work hours, with data destroyed within 48 hours after CDC-recommended tracing periods expire

Permits employers to track location of employer-owned property and monitor productivity metrics, provided the data collected does not associate individual employees with the tracked property

Requires any employee-associated travel pattern data to be stored by an independent third party and accessible only by warrant

Prohibits adverse employment actions against employees who refuse tracking or surveillance, or based on information obtained through prohibited tracking methods
