Amends Nebraska statute 44-359 to create an exception to the mandatory attorney's fee award provision in insurance litigation cases

Eliminates court-ordered attorney's fees when a plaintiff's lawsuit is based on a post-loss assignment of rights or benefits from a property owner's claim for damage to insured property

Targets assignment-of-benefits (AOB) arrangements where property owners transfer their insurance claim rights to third parties (such as contractors) who then sue insurers

Retains existing attorney's fee provisions for policyholders and beneficiaries who directly sue insurers on their own claims
