Peace officers are required to arrest and assume custody of adult probationers (both misdemeanor and felony) when called upon by a probation officer who has made a warrantless arrest for probation violations

Peace officers must take juveniles into temporary custody when requested by a probation officer who believes the juvenile has violated probation and may flee the jurisdiction or endanger lives or property

Amends Nebraska Revised Statutes sections 29-2266.01, 29-2266.02, 43-248, and 43-286.01 to add mandatory language ("shall") for peace officer compliance with probation officer requests
