Amends section 72-819 to change funding for the Chief Standing Bear Museum and visitor center from $15 million to $7 million for fiscal year 2025-26 for construction

Game and Parks Commission must award grants to a federally recognized Indian tribe to construct, develop, and manage the Chief Standing Bear Museum and visitor center

Authorizes up to $7 million for fiscal year 2025-26 for a separate museum at Fort Robinson State Park from the Museum Construction and Maintenance Fund

Permits Game and Parks Commission to contract with the Nebraska State Historical Society for museum development, exhibit fabrication, and historical interpretation at Fort Robinson State Park
