Amends section 48-1714 of the Farm Labor Contractors Act to add a new Class IV misdemeanor penalty for seed corn producers or farm labor contractors who violate section 48-1715

Retains existing Class II misdemeanor penalties for violations of sections 48-1711 or 48-1712

Maintains Class II misdemeanor penalties for intentionally defacing/altering a farm labor contractor license, using another's license, permitting unauthorized use of a license, or acting as a contractor without a license
