Amends Nebraska statute 79-1129 to expand transportation expense coverage for children with disabilities enrolled in special education programs beyond the boundaries of their school district, removing the previous limitation of "within the school district"

Parents or guardians who transport children with disabilities to special education programs receive mileage reimbursement at the state rate (section 81-1176) for each day of attendance

Reimbursement applies when a child must attend a different facility than their normal school to receive appropriate special education services, or when the nature of the disability requires special transportation

When parents transport multiple children with disabilities to the same location, payment is calculated based on transporting one child only
