Adds new authority for cities of the metropolitan class (Omaha) to regulate housing authorities operating within their jurisdiction through ordinance

Permits cities to require code enforcement and pest control for all properties owned and controlled by housing authorities

Authorizes regular inspections of housing authority properties and requires registration under any municipal rental registration ordinance

Allows cities to establish penalties for code violations and failure to properly manage housing authority properties

Mandates monthly reporting to the city council on housing authority operations
