Amends pharmacist verification requirements to allow remote verification of pharmacy technician data entry when the pharmacist is located in a licensed Nebraska pharmacy and physical product verification occurs in person at the prescription preparation location

Removes the requirement that pharmacy technicians working in remote dispensing pharmacies be "certified," allowing non-certified pharmacy technicians to dispense prescription drugs under remote supervision

Requires remote dispensing pharmacies to be located at least 10 driving miles from the nearest pharmacy at the time of initial licensure

Mandates that supervising pharmacists must be licensed and located in Nebraska, with the pharmacist in charge required to visit the remote dispensing pharmacy at least once per calendar month

Prohibits remote dispensing operations when the real-time audiovisual communication system between the remote and supervising pharmacy is not functioning properly
