Amends the Occupational Therapy Practice Act to expand and modernize the definition of occupational therapy practice, including clinical reasoning, professional judgment, and occupation-based interventions for habilitation, rehabilitation, and health promotion

Expands electrotherapeutic agent modalities to include high-voltage galvanic stimulation, functional electrical stimulation, and interferential current; adds definitions for electromagnetic modalities, instrument-assisted modalities, and mechanical modalities

Establishes clear temporary license expiration rules: expires upon permanent license issuance, application denial, 180 days after issuance, or upon failed examination, with maximum one-year extension possible

Defines the role of aides as unlicensed support personnel who must work under supervision of occupational therapists or assistants and cannot provide occupational therapy services directly

Adds new scope provisions allowing occupational therapists to pursue specialization and professional development in specific modalities, with responsibility to document proficiency in their areas of practice
