Sets annual license fees for amateur matches at $25-$100 and professional promoter licenses at $100-$300, with required bonds of at least $1,000 for amateur events and $5,000 for professional events

Professional MMA, muay thai, and bare-knuckle MMA matches limited to 3 rounds (5 for championships) with 5-minute rounds; all contestants must receive same-day physician certification

Imposes 5% tax on total gross receipts from professional and amateur matches, plus 5% on television rights sales

Contestants in sham or fake matches face disqualification from future competition in Nebraska and may face administrative fines up to $5,000 or 100% of purse for banned substance violations
