Prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from seeking, applying for, accepting, or renewing any waiver of federal SNAP work requirements under 7 U.S.C. 2015(o), and bars the state from exercising its option to provide exemptions from work requirements

Requires the department to assign all SNAP recipients ages 16-59 to an employment and training program unless they meet specific exemptions

Exemptions from the employment and training requirement include: parents caring for children under 6 or incapacitated persons, students enrolled at least half-time, inpatient drug/alcohol treatment participants, those working 30+ hours weekly, and minors ages 16-17 who are not heads of household or are attending school/training

Operative date is January 1, 2026
