Mandates Nebraska's medical assistance (Medicaid) program to provide one-time dispensation of a 12-month supply of covered self-administered hormonal contraceptives as prescribed

Prohibits insurers from imposing cost-sharing if a covered individual switches contraceptive methods before exhausting a previously dispensed supply

Preserves patient choice by not requiring providers to prescribe 12-month supplies and protecting recipients' freedom to change family planning methods at any time
