Amends Section 85-931 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska to update the statutory definition of "graduate degree programs" for postsecondary education

Reorganizes the listing of master's degree programs into separate subsections: professional programs (engineering, education, allied health, nursing, etc.) and general academic/occupational programs (mathematics, languages, sciences, business, etc.)

Changes statutory language from "shall mean" to "means" for the definition of graduate degree programs

Converts alphabetical lettering system for listed degree fields to Roman numeral formatting throughout the statute
