Requires three or more years of diversified post-degree experience under direct supervision of a professional landscape architect, with the board establishing specific requirements through rules and regulations

Removes the alternative pathway allowing licensure based solely on 15 years of practice experience in other jurisdictions

Eliminates the "cancellation" option from disciplinary actions, leaving revocation and suspension as enforcement tools, while maintaining civil penalties up to $10,000 per offense
