Eliminates the statutory definition of "prior service" (service rendered as a school employee in Nebraska public schools prior to July 1, 1945) from section 79-902 of the School Employees Retirement Act

Amends section 79-930 to change a cross-reference from "defined in" to "described in" regarding termination of employment provisions

Renumbers 46 definitions in section 79-902 to account for the removal of the prior service definition, shifting subdivisions (23) through (46) down by one number

Harmonizes related statutory provisions in section 79-930 to maintain consistency with the amended definitions section
