Updates Nebraska's State Electrical Act to adopt the 2026 edition of the National Electrical Code (Publication Number 70-2026), replacing the current 2023 edition reference

Maintains an exception requiring the 2017 National Electrical Code standards for specific sections related to GFCI protection requirements (210.8(A), 210.8(A)(3), 210.8(A)(5)) and service equipment provisions (230.70(A)(1), 230.70(B)(2))

Removes references to sections 230.67(A) and 230.85 from the 2017 exception list while adding section 230.70(A)(1) and 230.70(B)(2)

Amends section 81-2104 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska and repeals the original section
