Renames the Division of Developmental Disabilities to the Division of Disability and Aging within the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services

Amends 8 existing statutes to reflect the name change throughout Nebraska law, including sections governing the child welfare practice model work group, family support program, State Personnel System exemptions, and Developmental Disabilities Services Act

Repeals 5 obsolete statutory sections: 81-3133.02, 81-3134, 83-1216.02, 83-1227, and 83-1228 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska

Updates all references to the division director title from "Director of Developmental Disabilities" to "Director of Disability and Aging"
