Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to increase reimbursement rates for PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program services to at least 80% of the cost of care received at a PACE center

Amends section 71-401 of the Revised Statutes Cumulative Supplement, 2024, to incorporate this new reimbursement provision into the Health Care Facility Licensure Act

Adds the new reimbursement section (Section 2) to the existing Health Care Facility Licensure Act framework covering sections 71-401 to 71-479
