Nebraska State Patrol must conduct a study on increasing state criminal justice resources for reporting and identifying missing Black women and children in Nebraska

State Patrol shall partner with the Commission on African American Affairs to convene meetings with state/local law enforcement, federal agencies, and urban community organizations to determine the scope of the problem and identify barriers

State Patrol required to work with the U.S. Department of Justice to increase information sharing and resource coordination focused on missing Black women and children

Electronic report due to the Executive Board of the Legislative Council by June 1, 2027, including data analysis, identification of barriers, and recommendations with any proposed legislation
