Creates new University of Nebraska State Museum specialty license plates with up to three designs featuring Ashfall Fossil Beds, Morrill Hall, and Trailside Museum, available beginning January 1, 2027

Establishes the University of Nebraska State Museum License Plate Cash Fund to receive alternate license plate fees, administered by the Board of Regents

Fund revenues must be used for promoting understanding, appreciation, and stewardship of science and natural history through research, public education, and outreach at University of Nebraska museums

Department of Motor Vehicles must design the plates in consultation with the University of Nebraska and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the university's education and research mission

Amends section 60-3,163.02 to add these plates to the existing list of 18 specialty plate types available in Nebraska
