Dynamic pricing (surge pricing) by transportation network companies like Uber and Lyft is prohibited for 7 days following any state of emergency declared by the Governor that impacts transportation of persons, suppliers, goods, or equipment

The Governor retains authority to further regulate dynamic pricing during any state of emergency through executive order

Transportation network companies must continue existing requirements: clearly display when dynamic pricing is active, require passenger confirmation of understanding, and provide fare estimates before ride requests
