Increases minimum bodily injury liability coverage from $25,000 per person to $50,000 per person and from $50,000 per accident to $100,000 per accident for two or more persons

Increases minimum property damage liability coverage from $25,000 to $50,000 per accident

Raises uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage minimums to match the new liability limits ($50,000/$100,000)

Increases the cash or securities deposit required for proof of financial responsibility from $75,000 to the sum of the new coverage amounts per vehicle

Becomes operative on January 1, 2027
