Requires individual and group health insurance policies in Nebraska to cover cranial helmets for infants up to one year of age to treat deformational plagiocephaly or craniosynostosis

Applies to sickness and accident insurance policies, hospital/medical/surgical expense-incurred policies, and self-funded employee benefit plans (to the extent not preempted by federal law)

Excludes short-term major medical policies of six months or less duration and policies covering only specified diseases or other limited benefits
