Eliminates the requirement for the State Real Estate Commission to provide advance notice before issuing cease and desist orders against unlicensed individuals performing real estate activities

Creates a deputy director position for the State Real Estate Commission to work alongside the existing director in maintaining records, overseeing proceedings, and performing commission duties

Prohibits the deputy director, like the director and other employees, from serving as an officer or paid employee of any real estate association or broker group

Cease and desist orders become final 10 days after issuance unless the violator requests a hearing before the commission

Amends sections 81-885.03, 81-885.07, and 81-885.25 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska
