Amends Section 48-604 of Nebraska's Employment Security Law to modify the definition of "marketplace network contractor" for unemployment insurance purposes

Removes the requirement that marketplace network contractors must not perform services at a physical business location operated by the marketplace network platform in the state

Maintains existing conditions for independent contractor status: written agreement acknowledging contractor status, no required specific work hours, freedom to work for other platforms, and prohibition on termination for declining specific service requests

Continues to exclude qualifying marketplace network contractors (such as gig economy workers using app-based platforms like rideshare or delivery services) from the definition of "employment" under unemployment insurance law
