Extends the Rural Workforce Housing Investment Act grant program from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2036-37, with remaining fund transfers to the General Fund beginning July 1, 2037 instead of 2027

Increases maximum construction costs for qualifying owner-occupied workforce housing from $325,000 to $375,000, and for rental housing units from $250,000 to $300,000 per unit

Extends the Middle Income Workforce Housing Investment Act grant program from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2036-37, with fund transfers to the General Fund beginning July 1, 2037 instead of 2029

Requires nonprofit development organizations to return unallocated grant funds to respective housing investment funds before the new 2037 deadline, or to the General Fund after that date

Maintains existing grant limits of $5 million per nonprofit organization over two-year periods for rural programs and $10 million for urban programs, with aggregate limits determined by the Department of Economic Development
