Amends section 19-5504 to change the reporting frequency from annually to every two years for cities submitting affordable housing reports to the Urban Affairs Committee of the Legislature

Adds a new reporting requirement for cities to disclose the number of multifamily housing units constructed and issued initial certificates of occupancy since March 13, 1991

Requires cities to report how many of those multifamily units qualify as "covered multifamily dwellings" designed and constructed in accordance with federal Fair Housing Act accessibility requirements (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.)

Maintains all existing reporting requirements including residential zoning data, new construction breakdowns, annexed units, per-unit housing costs, density bonuses, accessory dwelling units, and affordable housing action plan efforts
