Funds distributed proportionally based on uninsured clients served, as reported on the Uniform Data System Report to the federal Bureau of Primary Health Care

Eligible centers: Charles Drew Health Center, OneWorld Community Health Centers, Good Neighbor Community Health Center, Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska, Midtown Health Center, Bluestem Health, and Heartland Health Center

Funds may be used for expanded health care access including behavioral health, dental services, new service lines, new locations, equipment purchases, or capital projects
