Amends Nebraska statute 85-502 governing residency requirements for in-state tuition at state postsecondary educational institutions

Removes the pathway allowing certain undocumented students to qualify for resident tuition rates if they attended and graduated from a Nebraska high school for at least three years and filed an affidavit pledging to apply for permanent residency

Eliminates the provision allowing aliens with pending immigration applications who have lived in Nebraska for at least 180 days to establish residency for tuition purposes

Retains existing residency pathways for U.S. citizens and legal residents, including those based on 180-day habitual presence, military service, Nebraska National Guard membership, university staff status, and national service award qualification
