Prohibits equipment suppliers from including provisions in dealer agreements that waive compliance with the Equipment Business Regulation Act or any other Nebraska state law

Bars dealer agreement provisions that restrict jurisdiction or venue to forums outside Nebraska or require application of another state's laws to disputes

Eliminates the previous allowance for dealers to waive their annual right to return surplus repair parts for credit (worth at least 6% of parts purchased in the prior 12 months)

Removes the exemption that let suppliers bypass surplus parts return requirements if a majority of their dealers chose to waive those provisions

Amends sections 87-704 and 87-706 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska
