Adds 4 designer benzodiazepines to Schedule I as central nervous system depressants: diclazepam, etizolam, flualprazolam, and flubromazolam

Adds 2 synthetic stimulants to Schedule I: ethylphenidate and dipentylone (N,N-dimethylpentylone)

Corrects the spelling of "Psilocyn" to "Psilocin" in Schedule I hallucinogenic substances

Amends section 28-405 of the Revised Statutes Supplement, 2025; approved by the Governor on March 3, 2026
