Eliminates the exception that allowed nonresident architects holding National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certification to offer architectural services in Nebraska before obtaining state licensure

Removes the separate application process for admission to the principles and practice of engineering examination, consolidating it into the overall professional engineer licensure requirements

Reduces seal placement requirements on specifications, reports, and studies from requiring seals on both the first and last pages to only requiring a seal on the first page

Amends sections 81-3437.01, 81-3449, and 81-3451 of Nebraska statutes and repeals the original sections
