Designates 10 categories of "community safe spaces" including hospitals, schools, libraries, courthouses, places of religious worship, homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, child care facilities, and legal service providers

Prohibits employees or agents of community safe spaces from consenting to law enforcement entry into nonpublic areas for immigration enforcement purposes without a judicial warrant

Requires law enforcement officers enforcing immigration law to obtain either a search warrant or arrest warrant issued by a judicial officer (federal Article III judge or Nebraska state judge) before entering nonpublic areas of protected locations

Administrative warrants, search warrants, or removal orders issued by the Department of Homeland Security or other agencies are explicitly insufficient for entry into community safe spaces

Evidence obtained in violation of these protections is inadmissible in any Nebraska trial or evidentiary hearing; declared an emergency measure taking effect immediately upon passage
