Amends Section 43-2923 of Nebraska's Parenting Act to add a new factor courts must consider when determining custody and parenting arrangements

Requires courts to consider "credible research showing increased intellectual and social growth in children who have equal access to both parents"

Retains all existing best interest factors including the child's relationship with each parent, the child's wishes, general health and welfare, and credible evidence of abuse
