Amends Nebraska's Pharmacy Practice Act (section 38-2867.03) to allow physician assistants prescribing under a collaborative agreement to enter into practice agreements with pharmacists for providing pharmaceutical care

Previously, only licensed health care practitioners authorized to prescribe independently could enter practice agreements with pharmacists; this expansion adds physician assistants as eligible participants

Requires the supervising physician of a physician assistant to also sign any practice agreement between the PA and a pharmacist

Maintains existing requirements for practice agreements including written protocols, notification to the Board of Pharmacy, biennial review and re-signing, and immediate termination upon death, license loss, or disciplinary action of either party
