Requires the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education to annually collect salary and benefits data from all Nebraska public postsecondary institutions beginning July 1, 2026

Institutions must report compensation data for three employee groups: administrators, full-time instructional faculty, and adjunct/part-time instructional staff

Required data includes average salaries by employee group, rank, and institution type; employer-paid benefits (health insurance, retirement, fringe benefits); full-time vs. part-time status; and year-over-year percentage changes

Commission must publish data publicly on its website in aggregated, searchable, and downloadable format, with an annual report due by December 31 each year

Individual employee names and personally identifiable information are excluded from public reporting; the act is declared an emergency and takes effect immediately upon passage
