Transactions must be completed within two months of the hearing; if not completed within that timeframe, a new public hearing is required

Published notice must appear in a legal newspaper at least 10 days before the transaction

Required notice must include the legal description, address, assessed value, proposed price, lease terms if applicable, and names of proposed buyers, sellers, lessors, or lessees
