Requires electronic notices to include all legally required information plus instructions for accessing meeting materials and for voting or participating electronically if permitted

Mandates companies demonstrate delivery through contemporaneous logs, delivery receipts, or portal access records, with notice effective on the date sent or published

Guarantees members the right to request printed meeting materials via U.S. mail at no cost after receiving electronic notice

Permits companies to include annual meeting notices within policy language, endorsements, riders, or amendments
