Amends Nebraska civil procedure statutes (sections 25-331, 25-1223, and 29-1901) to update third-party practice rules and deposition subpoena requirements

Clarifies that defending parties may assert claims against third-party defendants who "may be" liable, in addition to those who "are" liable, for all or part of claims against the defending party

Establishes new requirements for deposition subpoenas to include location information: physical address for in-person depositions, videoconferencing links, or telephone call instructions

Allows videoconferencing links or telephone instructions to be provided within a "reasonable time" before the deposition rather than requiring inclusion in the subpoena itself

Renumbers existing subsections in section 25-1223 to accommodate the new deposition subpoena provisions and updates cross-references in related statutes
