Amends Section 73-815 of the State Procurement Act regarding emergency sole source contracts for services exceeding $50,000

Adds requirement that copies of emergency contracts and justifications be provided to the Auditor of Public Accounts, in addition to the existing requirement to notify the Director of Administrative Services

Maintains the 3-business-day deadline for submitting contract documentation after emergency contract approval

State agencies must still retain justification copies with contract files, and the Director of Administrative Services continues to maintain records of all sole source service contracts
