Legislature extends condolences to the family of Gordon Kissel, who passed away on March 20, 2025

Gordon Kissel served as Executive Director of the Nebraska Association of Resources Districts from 1980 to 1994

Founded Kissel E and S Associates LLC in 1994, a lobbying, governmental relations, and association management firm that became one of Nebraska's leading lobbying firms

Retired in 2017 but continued serving as Senior Advisor to the firm
