Directs the Agriculture Committee to conduct an interim study of the Noxious Weed and Invasive Plant Species Assistance Fund and grants awarded under the Noxious Weed Control Act

Requires review of riparian vegetation management project history, including grant recipients, project objectives, cooperating entities providing cost-share funds, and landowner participation

Mandates identification and prioritization of riparian vegetation management projects based on factors including Nebraska's compact stream obligations, Platte River Recovery Implementation Program compliance, stream conveyance efficiency, flood mitigation, and wildlife habitat protection

Requires the study to identify potential funding sources for riparian vegetation management projects

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
