Proposes an interim study to evaluate whether Nebraska should adopt the Uniform Law Commission's 2017 Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act

Requires review of Nebraska's current statutory framework for guardianships and conservatorships and identification of any issues that have arisen since current statutes were adopted

Study must include review of statutes, case law, and potential hearing testimony from individuals with experience under current Nebraska law

Designates the Judiciary Committee to conduct the interim study

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
