Authorizes the Health and Human Services Committee to conduct an interim study on any issues that fall within its jurisdiction during the legislative interim period

Provides broad, open-ended authority rather than specifying particular health or human services topics to be examined

Requires the committee to submit a report of findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
