Proposes an interim study to examine causes of burnout among K-12 teachers and its impact on both teachers and students

Study scope includes educational mandates, administrative burdens, classroom discipline issues, funding, emotional demands, workloads, safety issues, salaries, and staff shortages

Directs the Education Committee to conduct the study and identify state actions to mitigate teacher burnout and incentivize retention

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion
