Designates the Judiciary Committee to conduct an interim study examining Nebraska's protection order statutes, including the history and current utilization of these laws

Requires evaluation of whether protection orders can or should be issued for the benefit of or against juveniles in Nebraska

Directs review of data and statistics on protection order filings, including types and numbers of requests made

Allows for testimony from individuals with experience navigating or administering the protection order process

Requires the committee to report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
